Dear Friends,

Entire day has gone and I have not received any call from Fortis Mohali, except one mail in which they have asked for my telephone number which I have already provided. I have tried several ways to connect with them however, didn't get any satisfactory response.

I think hospital is not concerned about patients and its reputation.

Add on to my previous blog, I would like to inform my friends that the food which was served to my grandpa was having cockroaj in it, I think as per the hospital this is the best diet given to the heart patients. It means if you are going for the treatment of heart, they will help you to get some more diseases as well by giving this kind of food.

Infact, My dear friends, when we tried to discuss the after effects of the surgery, he ignored us completely and tried to divert us towards other doctors .As per him there was no problem with the heart but facing gastric problems.

But one thing which is very commendable about the staff and the hospital is they are very good in collecting doctor consulation fees .

We have also filled in the written feedback about the food and the doctor attitude at the time of the operation however, there was no response. The attitute remain the same, which resulted in the demise of my innocent grandfather.

Now what we want in return of our grandpa is: We would like to meet the senior officials to discuss the matter and want them to take serious steps on it. I think this is not something very difficult .

Please pray for us and help us to get justice.
