Fake and ditching company
Dear all,
This is to inform you about this company, if you are about to join this. This is totally fake company in terms of work as well as for employees too. A structure less company run by father son duo in dictatorship manner. When they ask you to join the below mentioned things you shall face-
First they will provide you letter of intent and tell you to provide all documents(copy of resignation and relieving etc)at the time of joining then after they will process you appointment letter.
But soon after joining you will get a surprise that upon asking about your appointment letter(after submitting all documents) from HR that your salary is not decided yet, and we don't provide any appointment letters kind of thing.
Soon after when they get a confirmed idea that now you are fully duped and now you can't go any where and have to compromise with accurate only, they start re-negotiating your salary and try to reduce it significantly OR stop giving you salary with their so called non performance, non utility of you excuses. And they will force you to give agreement over this or ask you to leave the company.
This company moves with very small targets, so once the target achieved by employee they again start harassing you by above mentioned methods to get rid from you.
This company is also black listed due to mal practice in terms of quality and performance in many states so they are unable to fetch even enquiries for their transformers, conductor and meter factories and are almost closed. Just to run expenses they have started taking EPC contracts on the name of another company ie MODERN INSTRUMENTS PVT. Ltd. Where they only supply and bill their own manufacturered goods and bill it then stop the work and then fire all site people until client doesn't make pressure to move the work. And if they rehire the people again they fire them after 1-2 months.
In my opinion if you are called by this company then either avoid it or join it without resigning from previous company and give a watch for 10-15 days. But don't let anybody know this. You will get truth as mentioned above automatically.
So, please stay away from this company as it's totally fake and career destroyer.
