I was looking for a digital drawing board to be used with MS Word. There are multiple products available but I found this to be the best suited for my purpose. Let me tell you why.. firstly Installation was not smooth since I plugged in the device before I install the CD, my fault.. how ever after installation it got me about 1 hour to familiarize with the software which came with it. Now I cant work in my laptop without it.. I use a Dell Vostro.

You can write, draw, annotate in most of the applications in MS windows. I write my Notes and drawings in MS WORD using this G-Pen its seamless. Since it is working on a magnetic field you really don't have to put much of an effort writing. and 12 Hot Spots / Buttons make your access of usual application quick and easy. Now I rarely touch my TouchPad. It did not work as a mouse first but when I activated the PENSIGNER it works like a pointing device, imagine going from left-top to right-bottom corner using the 1.2"x2.5" touch pad with G-Pen it feels almost like using a touch screen. However though the working are is 3"x4" the device it self is quite large 5.5"x6". This could have been made smaller so that you won't have wast lot of space on your table or in my case class room mini table. Oh I almost forgot it does not recognize hand writing, nor it converts it to text. It comes with one Pen powered by a AAA size battery and the Pad it self is powered by USB.

Currently it sells for about USD39. which I think is the cheapest in the market for a product like this. However the 610 is I think the competitor for this product when it is compared with the price, I believe 340 stand out. I hope my review helps the decision.
