I bought a few items from Godrej Interio recently. These included a Novera Sofa set ( 3x2x2), Optima TV Unit, Rocking Music Chair, Kitchen Appliance Unit. To start with they ask for 4 weeks delivery time.

The Sofa set were delivered in 2 weeks, but while installing them, the service engineer damamged the uphosltery. They assured to replace it back. The replacemnent unit came after 10 days. The service engineer has not arrived to install the same even after 2 days of delivery.

The Optima TV unit has been delivered but not installed.

The Audio of the Rocking Chair was not working and the swicth was faulty. There is no news of any replacement.

There is no news of the delivery date of the Appliance unit as well.

The dealer just assures without bothering to help us out.

So the next time you wish to do business with Godrej Interio , be prepared to

1. Wait until they deliver the items

   
   




2. Wait for the service engineer

   
   




3. Watch how they install the units as they can damage the same.

   
   




4. Wait for any replacements to arrive.
