My Name is Mohammad Sakil Saiyed we stay at Kadi, Dist. Mehsana, North Gujarat. I work with MNC as Civil Structure Engineer. We purchase the Goderj washing machine from Sales India Private Ltd last year. After 11 month all of sudden machine stop working and we raise the complain with Godrej company. After 8 days they sent the service man to repair the machine. They checked and come to know that PCB is broken hence they told us that PCB needs to order from Head Office. It will take 8 days to get the PCB after 1 moth and we did follow up every day but company, Service department and also Sales India did not listen.

After I receive the refernec for Akosha from my friend and we did raise the complain. We got call and e-mail from Akosha to provide the details hence we did provide the detail and they raise the complain with Godrej and asked us to wait for 7 working days. Honestly speaking we do not trust the Akosha for same. After two day we got the call and they update us that they sent the letter to company will take the time.

After 10 days we received the call from Godrej company they told us that due to service man at Gandhinagar they did not sent the PCB to company for replace man. They asked us that should they change the PCB and they provided the assurity that now it will be fixed.

We realy appriciated the affort given by Akosha team to resole the query.
