Exide batteries are great till they last, but you don't want to seek service support for them, trust me! It is better to throw them then to go through the daunting task of talking with their untrained and unprofessional customer care executives and following it up with an endless wait for someone to contact you after the complaint is registered. Then you are given some local representative's phone number who seems most unwilling to help and keeps passing the buck till you decided to buy a new battery or live with the problem or just get it repaired by some othe technician who charges.
Totally not recommended.
