After a long time felt a lot better shopping and that too electronic goods .... Well it was a Saturday evening prima time of huss buss of commodity life and above all Diwalis nearing by .... I went to buy Canon DSLR .

The salesmen were quite cordial enuf and above all the camaraderie they shared induced a positive ambience for successful negotiation .To top it the salesman who gave me d demo was knwledgeble enuf to help any novice like me who has only used Digital Camera so far to help me learn all the necessary basics of using the DSLR.

The demo went long enuf and to my utter surprise he was neither tired / irritated / disturbed to give me a demo after a hour long initial demo session and also there being many presence of other customers being present there . I hope G.E. underrstands the value of money and what professionalism is for .... They are not there to do mere business but to maintain a long customer relationship ....

Even people are given the sales people numbers and suitable help for any installment or any issue whatsoever . Impressive , also the MAC counter ...I became gullible to buy an iPAD , by the sheer enthu and impressive taste of the guy (sry cant say him a sales person, he was quite qualified enuf to be called a salesperson , by normal standards ) it shows Apple brand value/equity :-) ....

The discounts are given properly without being asked and vouchers and many many good feeling after buying so many things from there ...
