I am living in pune, near Dange chowk.

Here is my experience with them.

I opted for this connection, paid the installation and montly bill. They say it will be done within few days.

After few days( one or two) when I called him, again they made excuses and said it will be done tommorrow.

After contineous followup, they give me the number of Maurya communication to get further details.

I called her regularly two days, every time she says "kal aa jaaega"(engineer will come tmrw) as they are working on some line.

After that when this drama goes for two days, I told her to transfer call to his superior, then she says engineer will come after 1 hours

but no body comeup. It is about two weeks and they are not able to do the installation.

Moreover they are telling lie and unneccessary excuses he will come today. engineer is on the way. blah blah

Hathway is a pure unprofessional, and money_sucking company. which doesn't provide any gud service.

I have chosen other broadband plan, which cost me a bit higher but they have gud service, and ultimately a better satisfaction.

Hathway strict no no.
