I had only heard bad tales of Tikona’s incompetence as an ISP but when no other provider would offer us a connection, there they were.Our problem was that we didn't have an active connection to the house, so we weren't officially on the grid and therefore not eligible for an internet connection with any provider at all. Tikona service provider said that we would have to pay to get the line connected, and we get that done. Our internet connection was hooked up within 24 hours with Tikona. We had no issues whatsoever connecting and the service has been consistent.
The customer support teams have been very friendly and helpful too, there was never any mis-communication, they stated all of my terms and conditions very clearly and were happy to guide me through any queries I had regarding setup costs and waiting times etc.
Great speeds, friendly customer support team. I'm very happy with the service that they've provided
