This 'great' company sells laptop. Period. They have no support, even if the customer can help himself. No driver download links, to the best of my knowledge on their website. How absurd can this get? No ways, by which you can give feedback!

Customer care: Instead of having a toll free number or a local number, one has to make a STD call. When the company has tall claims from what I see from their advertisements, cant they afford to go in for a centralised toll free number or atleast a local number for every city?

Guys, if any one is going for HCL laptop, suggest, you do not go for it, for their after sales support is pathetic, or better still, it would be NIL.
