I have faced a terrible experience with them & I hope no one has to go through it.I paid 2000 Rs registration plus 7500 Rs for a maid of my choice.only the maid never turned up. Yet to receive a replacement & the refuse to refund- did I mention I am in my 9th month of pregnancy!

Rupa Vangiri their relationship manager is a liar- she gives false information about maids, does not return calls & hangs up while speaking to customers. I plan on complaining to the consumer forum.

I repeat- Help at home is a fraud agency- DO NOT USE
