Please do not fall prey to Help @ Home folks. It has been a month since we registered with them after paying Rs 2000, and now they never call us back and do not attend our calls as well. Take note: Any advance (even registration) should be given on an agreement that should be signed between both parties (agency and yourself), where you say that you agree to take their service and they say that they agree to provide you their service on payment of Rs 2000. Please insist on this with any agency. There has to be a written documentation that you can take to the consumer complaint forum.
