Don't buy any (model) of Hitachi AC. I have been faced a problem in my unit.

I have bought the AC (1.5 Ton KAZE RAU 318KSD) one month back 28th of May. After installation the unit was working fine only 2 day.

I have registered a complaint on 19th of June. and daily I have called the customer care till I updated the post. But they said they will call me back. but I didn't get the calls from the Hitachi customer care.

Even I have called many times , the person name called Poorvi , promised they will come today.

Even after 7 pm I have called again the person name called Arpit (stupid guy, Idiotic guy) said Technician would come today without any reason. And he said (Rubpish response) like you can complaint any ware and write a mail to customer care. then I have asked him to transfer the call to his manager. but the stupid said himself as a manager and no one is available.

This is a very poor situation.

Might be I will go with consumer court and need to solve the problem

Also I have noted some blogs most of them got the same kind of response , they have no proper technicians and most of the model are failures.

so I kindly suggest don't but any of the Hitachi products.

Also please let me know if any feasible solution for the above.

Also please pass this information as much as possible. or tell me any other sites to publish this to media and people.
