H&M Royal, kondhwa has many issues and builder is ignoring

1. Selling up visitor's parking

   
   




2. Poor quality in building material

   
   




3. Security problem as any one directly comes home

   
   




4. Problem in bathroom fittings/ kitchen platform/ sink etc

   
   




5. forcefully charged gas connection meter charges eventhough it's costly and you don't intend to use it.

   
   




6. charging high maintenance and not giving account details

   
   

List can go on and on. So you pls verify it before moving in.
