The building and it's surrounding is nice,

But main concern are as below:

1. Poor construction work.

   
   




2. Lot's of complain regarding leakage in bathroom/ kitchen sink.

   
   




3. The sinks on platform doesn't have any support and asked not to keep any vessels on it! Then what is it's purpose

   
   




4. Common car parking being sold out, hence no space for visitor's parking

   
   




5. No proper security

   
   




6. Any one can come inside the building and no intercom, hence from outside people / courier directly comes to the flat without being asked even once.

   
   




7. Gas pipeline to be taken forcefully.

   
   




8. cracks in walls comes up generally in every flat

   
   

Request you to get this checked before purchasing the flat there.
