To Home Shop 18,


This complaint is in regards with the product (cash on delivery: Samsung 12 mp digital compact camera with Reebok Watch free @ 4490/-)


which I purchased through online website https://www.homeshop18.com

I ordered Samsung 12 mp digital compact camera with reebok watch free on 19th January 2012 the order was booked for RS. 4490/-


i received the product on 23rd January 2012 by home shop18 delivery boy. when I open the parcel to my shock I found reebok damaged watch and second shock the Samsung digital camera is non functional defective camera.


when I immediately called up to homeshop18 customer care number they are told me we will send you a new reebok watch ( I didn't understand why to send again a new watch for second time instead of sending a good condition watch) and coming to second product when I said samsung digital camera is non functional defective camera they told me to contact samsung customer care or visit samsung service center in my city(hyderabad) where in homeshop18 is in noida. I didnt understand why should I approach them when I purchased a brand new product from homeshop18 website. these all words has been narrated by homeshop18 manager.


Note: I will escalate this case to consumer court to avoid frauds, if my query is not resolved.
