Most Ridiculous

Firstly I decry& Challenge that some one came to confirm address. No one came

I went to Rajarsjeswari Nagar Airtel Service centre. They were not just Unhelpful but actually misbehaved.

I spoke to customer care& One Ms. Nalini assured me that she would send some one today( 2nd April).

I got a call from some one that they would come at 230 pm. I took leave& my wife took leave.

No one came. I called back the person at 4 pm, he did not take call. He has now switched off no.

Called up your customer service some Malvika but they were not helpful.

I have lost a deal of Ten lacs because of this. I can prove it.

Please let me know why I should not claim an amount of Twenty lacs from Airtel on account of business loss& Mental torture& for telling blatant lies.
