Hi Everyone,

I would like to share my dreadful experience with Make my Trip. Recently I took a travel package for Dubai from the Hyderabad branch. My foolishness landed me into trouble and my package costed me Rs. 55k/-. The coordinator after taking half amount almost forgot to book the hotel. Somehow, when the accommodations was done and The moment we reached airport no one was standing with our names on the pluck card. I was told that travel coordinators will pick us from the airport. Finally after waiting for almost 4 hours we got to know that Make my trip had asked some other coordinator to arrange things(Those were lama travel).

Itinerary shared from hyderabad ofc was of no use, as we got to know that Dubai coordinator were not told about that.(So the print outs I took was totally wasted and the paper was thrown into the dustbin of a 4star Hotel). So our 2 days got wasted out of 3 days trip. Thank fully I had some relatives there so could enjoy my trip with them. The promised places like Dubai Mall were never shown to us!(I do have all their mails with me saying what all they would cover. and when I sent them my feed back after coming back home and asked them to return my money for the places not shown, they dint turn up)

Make my Trip should change their name to "Spoil my trip".
