Dear Sir,

It has been one of the most horrifying experience to purchase a Videocon Washing Machine from Vijay Sales on 28-09-2011. Model No: VT65YAGL/order no 05-0H09-11S01522/Invoice No: 05-0H09-11SIA0 721

Since we have brought the machine it has been a painful experience. Within 3 months of purchasing it the first complaint was made on 07.012012, we have been making several complaints about strange sounds coming from the machine but IT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY IGNORED AND WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR A RIDE. Twice the gear box has been changed since the jinxed machine has been purchased, the dates being 20.02.2012 and 12.06.2012. Every time we were assured that it shall not be repeated. Your mechanic comes and sees there is a problem but goes back to the company and says there is no problem. In this entire drama happening, we as customers have greatly been tortured by your company and are repenting in leaps and bounds purchasing your product. To give you a glimpse of what torture we are going through I am attaching a sound clip of the noise your machine makes while in operation. I'm sure it will be pleasing for you to hear that.

I must say by investing crores of rupees on promoting videocon if you could spend only 1/4th on Customer Care, you would have had happier and loyal customers. With this bizarre experience, I shall make sure no one in my extended or immediate family and friends purchases not a single product of Videocon ever again in the future.

I am highly disgusted and can only pray now that some relief is sorted to us.
