Hi all upma is a healthy breakfast recipe which can be made easily and its keeps you full. It is a healthy breakfast


Ingredients


Serves 4-5


2 tablespoon chopped onions


2 tablespoons shredded carrot


2 Bowl Rawa/suji


3-4 bowls water


2 tablespoon oil


2 teaspoon mustard seeds


Pinch of aesotafida


2 tablespoon green chillies


Salt to taste


Method


Heat oil in a pan


Add mustard seeds and allow to crackle


Add aesotafida


Add green chillies


Add onions and cook until golden brown


Add carrot


Add Rawa suji


Add water and mix well


Allow to cook for 5 minutes


Delicious upma is ready to serve
