With reference to the concern raised, the technician visit has been completed. According to the technician’s assessment, the bed is in proper condition. However, we can provide a mattress with slightly smaller dimensions to ensure it does not touch the headboard.

The mattress extends about 1 inch beyond both the headboard and footboard, causing it to rub against the headboard and limit upward movement. Upon inspection, it was determined that this can be resolved by customizing the mattress and reducing its length by 1 inch at both ends.
