I have written my latest complain to ICICI bank which is self explanatory in understating the level of cheating by the bank:-
Dear ICICI BANK, Kindly again note seriously that at the time of account opening, I was offered lifetime amc free demat account and there is no misunderstanding on this part but now you are again reminding me the same story which I heared from you many times. Now the issue is if even the offer made me with wrong intention and based on lie and may be such offer is not available then also who will be responsible for it and why I will suffer with loss by not finding the account as per offer given by Mr jaswant of my base branch at dehradun. Either bank should take action against this employee or I will make my every effort to bring your cheating in front of media and I will start a special compaign against you. Additionally, if you will not solve my problem, I am free and have a right to bring your cheatings in front of other customers to save their rights and you cannot simply charge me for malign you and at that stage I will not compromise on any cost. Your are providing banking services but seems that you are taking it joke as your employees change their stands on their conveniance at many times such as on my complain Mr jaswant first accepted the mistake and even write official mail to demat branch accepting wrong deduction but you all now changing your stand to save your employee. I will not hope anything but reminding you is my obligation now.
