I had purchased an iprotect policy with ICICI prudential about 45 days back only because I liked the customer service that ICICI bank has.It has been the biggest mistake of my life. ICICI prudential is so callous that the less said the better. When purchasing the policy, I was promised that somebody would come down to collect my documents. This has not happened even now. I have called up their customer care executives 10 times in the last 45 days. I have emailed them thrice and yet they have done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue or give me my policy.I received a call from their escalation department promising me that within 3 working days somebody will come down to collect my documents which has also not happened.I am seriously disappointed with the way ICICI prudential has treated a customer and on top of that they constantly claim to be the most responsive insurance company. All lies....all that they are capable of doing is mentally harassing the customer.
