I have been suffering from regular viral infections (cough and cold) for more than 10 years. Especially when weather changes, I would get sore throat, fever and running nose. they frequency of these infections was every 4 months as the weather changed. Anti Oxidants also help us in eradicating free radicals produced by the body which lead to development of diseases like cancer. They help in de-toxifying our bodies of harmful toxins and help in maintaining a healthy skin, hair, nervous system and immune system.Though there are a lot of tablets available in the market like b complex etc, this tablet has a complete dose of essential vitamins and minerals which are required by a normal working individual. I noticed the difference after a month of taking it, I feel more energetic and lively now, and my health as started improving immensely. I have been cold and cough free for more than a year. I don't catch a cold even if I am with a person who has an active cold and cough infection. This tablet is suggested for all healthy individuals who have an urban lifestyle with low levels of nutrition rich food. The only con I think is the price, however I wouldn't mind spending a bit more for by body, which would be beneficial in the long term.
