If anyone is planning to buy anything online from the India Today group read this! In early June 2013, I ordered a copy each of four old issues of Harvard Business Review Asia. I paid online via credit card and discovered later, to my horror, that I was charged Rs 10,500. The four issues should cost Rs 3,000. Since then, I have been writing to the customer care but I have neither received the excess money nor the four back dated issues. I wonder why Harvard Business Review tied up with India Today Group for distributing its journal.

Reader's Digest too has such an arrangement with India Today Group. In the past I had an annual subscription of RD and did not receive many issues. I also have a five year subscription of Business Today and the delivery is completely erratic with many issues not being delivered.

Does any one have a better experience with the India Today group subscriptions?
