I am searching for for a flat form so long and visited any locations and builders, but till today no good deal.

Today I visited SRI SAI RESIDENCY MARATHALLI (MAHAGHAR PROPERTIES PVT.LTD.) and they offered 1000sq 2bhk @2750/sqft. The building is under construction and almost completed the structure.

If anyone is aware of the background details of this property, please do share it with me, so that if there is something worng behind this, I can save my hard earned money.
