Hi Friends, This is what about I experienced in Infosys Bpo( A career distroying Trustworthy path provided by Infosys). Actually I had 2.5 Experience of Java and Related technology in Development.

I joined Infosys Bpo as they mentioned in the interview that you guys are working on the Infosys Bpo PAYROLL, but working for the Infosys Limited. But the HR as well as the manager level employee dont have the common sence what is the technology Job. They just put up the employees in the queue, though they have the Technology expertise and alocate the work for the data entry as well for any kind of that can be done by a 9th class student if got allocated for that. They dont know about the technology, they dont know about the Job profile and they dont think about the employee career profile.They dont think about the employee, If a tecchnology employee lost his technologocial profile that he would lost his career.

So I strongly suggest you friend that those have technical background dont go for the any Third party payroll in your life time.
