When I was a engg student ,there no more Opportunity to do inplant training ,Only way central govt projects ,that's very difficult task to work with govt , because ,without heavy reference we cant enter central govt ,but current situation not like that in Chennai ,now a days lots of Software companies hiring people for internship and in plant training ,while doing in plant training they could training basic software training and offering real time project also ,it might help all professional :
