With the given evidence of Commercial developement seen across the nation, Residential and Retail development with Land base as an investment are being promoted by the local, national and international developers. Though real estate has been seen as a task of daily routine, the unorganised playeres mentioned earlier do not qualify to service these clients. Consultants who have international presence and agents with proven track record have started servicing these companies by offering them fitted out space and addl facilities like back up power, increased efficiency rates etc.
Though the traditional Residential sales and leasing are controlled by the unorgansied players who come handy and available at their reach, the commercial .businesses are far fetched to their lines of operations. We have seen a commendable improvement in the office space transactions offered by the consultants and orgainsed agent communities.
