I booked flat in M/S Jaiprakash Associate Noida in one of their premium sector real estate project called "Orchard" in Wish Town, sector 131 Noida Express way back in 2011, the possession promised was in June 2015. But the builder Jai Prakash Associates delayed construction works by another 2 years to be delivered in 2017 leaving me totally shocked as way this builder is taking investor on ride and play with their sentiments and money. I have spent my life savings and put money in a reputed builder project in Noida is now threatened with loss of investment value. Builder who now defaulted have left me aghast and in lurch. I was totally unaware of irregularities by such reputed builder Jai Parkash Associate group, who was adopting in mismanaging funds, while in return they only promise Rs 5 / sq /FT of compensation which is nothing against the delay they throw at me. This is a lesson learnt when anybody believes these skinless builders on face value of their reputation and promise they make to deliver flat timely. This is breach of trust and unfair business practice by JP group to entice consumers. The mutual trust they breached by adopting to such practices is highly deplorable and people should be punished under law. People should beware of investing in their project and understand that they are exposed completely to risk when they deal with such builders.
