I have been a regular traveler with Jet Airways for both domestic and International travel and this is the 1st time this incident has happened to me and it leaves a bad taste for me in terms of travelling with Jet Airways again on an International trip. This is an unfortunate incident where I have to spend energies in writing for such an incident, then following up and then waiting for the bag to be delivered and creates unnecessary stress after a successful official trip. At the Jet Airways counter, I was given a receipt with the above details and was told that the bag will come with today’s flight and will be send to me on Monday morning(31st March 2014). Since the bag has all my clothes for use of official purpose it becomes utmost important to get the bag to be delivered at my residence on Monday itself. 28924786(Res) This is with reference to the below mail, I was told at the Jet Airways counter yesterday that my luggage will be delivered to my residence on Monday and it will come in today’s flight. When I called the toll free number it was told that the baggage has not been traced at New York. This actually gives me a serious doubt over Jet Airways as missing baggage is an incident which leads to lots of stress and complications at the receivers end and takes away all the joys of the journey. Since I was on an official trip, the bag which is missing has all my suits and shirts which I had taken for the visit and the existing goods were in plenty with some new items bought in New York/Boston. I fail to understand how come one of my bags is missing as the other bag which I had checked in has come. Request you to look into this matter with utmost urgency as your call centre guys do not have any clue and are not able to provide any satisfactory answers, I need my bag to be delivered to my residence ASAP.
