Recently we had visited Pune for a family function. My daughter who is based in Melbourne also came. On Sunday, 06Jun10 she had to go to Mumbai and later catch her flight from there so she had limited time. We booked a taxi through K K Travel, Pune for 5 am on Sunday. At 4.55 pm we got a call from K K Travel that since it is a sunday and there will be less traffic, the taxi will come late. This made my daughter very angry and she said that if the taxi does not reach in 10 minutes she would like to cancel the taxi.

After a couple of phone calls the taxi finally came at 5.45am.

We felt really sorry for the service K K Travel provided and the way they behaved. It is totally unprofessional. I request all people to be careful while dealing with them. I understand that they are quite a big operator in Pune. GOD Bless Puneites.
