Hi.. About 1 year back I was approached by Kirloskar Electric Company to represent their Brand and work with them for our Internal cases. I run a technology services company. Down 1 year, we have deployed about 3 odd Online 3 KVA UPS's from them, and now we are facing a lot of problems with them.
Their support team never turns up
I wanted to upgrade My UPS batteries, and they took 10 after a confirmed Purchase Order to tell me, they can't supply and now need a New Purchase Order. When I put in the request that I will buy the batteries from the market and put them myself, I was told they will not give any warranty on any of our UPS's anymore
Anyone thinking of buying a kirloskar UPS, stay away from them. Most shitty company ever to work with.
