If you got appointment for SBI Home loan documentation with Koramangala RACPC Bangalore, better stop the process there itself. Approach any other bank for home loan or check your SBI branch whether it is possible to move your files to any other SBI RACPC in bangalore. Proceed with Koramangala RACPC only if you have enough money to change your footwear monthly, hours to waste, money to fill your vehicles fuel tank enough and if you are ready to take nearly 5 copies of all the documents ( Receipts, Demand letters etc) submitted at RACPC.

I have very bad experiences with Koramangala RACPC, employees are not at all co-operative and most of them have uniformity in their rude behavior with the customer.

Most of the employees behaves like the loan amount is provided from their pocket except some employees at the inspection counter.

First time when I went there for my disbursement, somebody directed me to one officer . There were 4 people already waiting near his cabin and I also joined them.

Inside one customer is sitting and officer received some files from him. He kept that files on desk. He took some other files and went to another cabin, every ones eyes followed him.

He given the files at the next counter. Then he became busy on chat with his colleague. Then there were 7 customers waiting for him. He continued with his chat.. :)

Then after 10 minutes he came back. Sat on the chair, received some phone calls then finally collected some documents from the next customer in queue. Again he went with the

collected documents to the next cabin and chat there again for 5 minutes. Then he went for a tea and again after 10 minutes he came back to his cabin. He repeated the same approach with each and every one in customer queue !!!. After 45 minutes comes my turn, he collected my demand letter and kept at his desk .He told me to come after 5 days.

I waited for 6 days of processing time and again visited the RACPC centre as I did not received my disbursement yet. Morning 10.30 I reached there and same experience with the officer again.After waited for 50 minutes, I was able to met him and he told me, 'Please check with inspection counter'. I approached inspection counter and there I saw some good people.The lady at the inspection counter searched for my demand letter which I submitted last time. She searched ever where, finally got disappointed and he called another person

sitting near to her. He again searched in his files and they concluded that my original demand letter which I submitted last time to other officer is missing. They asked me to get another

copy of that. So again I submitted another copy my demand letter and the amount got disbursed immediately.

For the second time it was fine I got my disbursement within 5 days.

For the third disbursement I submitted my demand letter directly at the inspection counter. After waited for the processing time I visited RACPC again. This time also they repeated

the same story, they misplaced my demand letter and to reach that conclusion it took 1 hour. Again I submitted another demand letter and the money got disbursed.

After some days I got a message from bank saying that I have to pay some amount and the due date was very near,within 4 days. Hence I visited RACPC again for getting the clarification on the message which says about ECS. They asked 'are you paying EMI?'. I told 'Yes'. Then ignore the message, thats all. No one ready to check the sms which I got from bank..!!
