Hello friends,

I request all of you to read this review before coming for interview or joining in L1 Technologies. Its head office is in San Diego, California. I can not say about US office but I worked in India so I want to tell you some point which shows the condition of L1 Technology.

I worked with L1 Technology for 3 years. This is not only from me but onbealf of many employees working in this company.

1. The salary hike was very less when compared to the other companies in the market. Even now, the salary hike is very less as few of my friends are still working in the same company due to very less openings in the market. The comp off payment should be double the payment of your salary, but this company will not pay you anything. They only pay you 1 day leave. All the other companies will pay the double payment for the comp off. The great HR of this company will say that "as per the norms we are doing"? Rules and regulations should be friendly to the employees. Even the same thing with the leave management.

Before joining or while signing an agreement, the HR will say that, you will have a very handsome hike every year. But it will never happen. Also, HR’s of this great company will make the employees to walk around them for even a simple work. They will give you excuses with the name of US department. The company is generating a very good revenue, but this company will suck the blood of the employees and will not raise the salary. IS IT GOOD??????

1. They use their own rule & regulations as they want. They can say you for overtime also for project requirement but will not pay you Overtime money.

   
   




2. They will not provide you a good work. You will work as daily routine. you will get only experience certificate but cant get knowledge.

   
   




3. For any leave, team leader & project manager will accept it & forward it to HR. Then HR will call you & ask why you are taking the leave?? write your exact reason for leave?? n more....... if you say I have to show my wife to the doctor. she will ask what happened to your wife?? cant you show her in morning or evening.?? its not depends whether you are having more leaves in your account.
