Bus Route No 268 frm Andheri Station W upto Shri Swami Samarth Nagar is a ladies special in the mornings. The ladies queue up for this bus as th eother queues are serpentine. But the TC' s at the Andheri W Depot seem to have an allergy towards the Ladies Special. They will either change the no. of the Bus route or they will allow men to enter the Ladies Special which causes discomfort to the Ladies as the men lean and touch the ladiesor they will not allow the ladies to sit as they will occupy the seats. The men do not even allow the ladies to alight as they brush their bodies against the women.

Even after complaining to the TC's they swear at the ladies and use abusive language against the ladies.The Ladies are put to such discomfort. Now it is an everyday issue.Even if there are a number of buses on this route the routes are changed and the Ladies kept waiting in the hot sun or pouring rain.
