.the Latest advertisement of the most watched quiz show"Kaun Banega Karorepati" can be undoubtedly called the best running advertisement on television. It conveys the message that is need of the hour.that is required to be understood be each one of us( Indians). The advertisement where the female contestant from North Eastern India sacrifices her much valuable lifeline( audience poll) over a pretty easy question about the Country where Kohima city is and is 100% polled by audience with the correct answer-INDIA. The advertisement has touched the heart of many and I'm sure while watching this many have bit their lips out of embarrassment. Most of the times, I've witnessed Delhi being very cruel and harsh to them. Specially the girls. They are most of the time looked upon with lusty eyes in the public places. Comments like " Chinki chameli" and " Butter Chik" are very regular with the eve teasers and some of them specifically target the girls from North East. The boys from the North Eastern India are teased and tormented and in any cases, beaten.


It is high time that they are treated with respect and not like foreigners. They are very much Indian and deserve to be treated like one.
