beware every one. don't go with letsbuy.com
customer care service is very poor and third class category. I have placed my order on 30.09.2011 after making full payment in advance via credit card but till now (05.10.11 at 11.48 p.m,) I don't have any information about the delivery. when I called customer care, after holding more than 10 minutes, phone got disconnected by the team member. if by mistake someone is using letsbuy.com then please don't make advance payment.
despite of many reminders, phone calls and emails, online feedback, posting on mouhtshut.com..... this letsbuy.com is not taking care. now I will be filling FIR in police agt this fraud company.
now god know about the delviery of my product wheather I will be receiving it or not.
