I Ordered the following product from Letsbuy MTS Livewire SP-100- White Order # LSB-562679 Ordered on 1/11/11.But the product has not been delivered yet. On sending mails, no proper response was received, the only response I got was "At first we regret the inconvenience caused to you and at the same time would like to inform you that your concern for Shipment Delay has been forwarded to our appropriate department for investigation under the ticket no. CC111129554"

Their Customer care number does not work. Please help me to get my money back.
