Coupled with this are the changing dietary habits, sedentary nature of our lifestyle, stressful environment, irregular timings for food, work and sleep, and other such activities, which together take a toll on our health. All this transforms in to what is commonly referred as Lifestyle Diseases.
These diseases can include respiratory diseases, GE diseases, cardiac diseases, and so on. Almost every system of our body is affected by any change in regular healthy lifestyle. Common diseases are fistula, piles, constipation, fissures, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and others too. But, what is important is that we try to prevent these diseases or identify them at early stage for quick and effective diagnosis. These diseases are further complicated with other habits such as smoking, drinking, irregular eating, and no exercise. Understanding that our busy schedules, may not give us adequate time to rake care of such things, but we can always work on ways to prevent them than to diagnose the when they occur.
