I have a grievance after purchasing gold from Malabar Gold in Dubai. Apart from issues like damaged jeweleries they blatantly try to cheat you off the gold weight.

Consumers need to be aware that they make it a must to check the gold weight up to at least 2 to 3 decimals and not accept excuses like machine rounding up the weight. Gold is not 4th grade mathematics but is weighed in milligrams and every numeral is crucial.

Worse is when they figure out that you know what they are up to, they try real hard to shun you away from the eyes of the other customers in a fairly rude manner.
