I am Mohit Arora,First of all I would like to tell I bought My Micromax Canvas A116 on (9th april 2013. After buying it I was experiencing many problems with the handset. The phone was hanging every now an then,so I took it to the customer care they simply said its nothing its due to more applications

Now after some time i.e on 16th September I went to the Micromax service centre i.e SIYA Electronics in Sector 8 Rohini,New Delhi-110085 just to update software/firmware of my phone Canvas HD A116. First of all,when I entered there there were quite a no. of people who were fighting for the quality of products of Micromax Phones . After waiting for half and hour or so I gave the Phone to an engineer there to update software version of my phone . My phone was is perfect condition by then . But when he returned me the phone the display of the screen was blinking and I was shocked to see it he said Display of my phone needs to be replaced . I said my phone was perfect when I gave it to you to update he said it needs to be replaced. As we are a customer of Micromax so we have to pay for it by wasting time energy money for them.So I argued a lot he said OK submit your phone and you will get the phone repaired by 23rd September 2013.I said OK fine.I submitted the phone but that was the day and today is the DAY .I am visiting micromax service centre almost every week but still they said phone is with the company for repairing.

Everytime I go they say phone is with the company in Naraina .I am fed up with the service of Micromax. I am totally unsatisfied with the service of company and the way they value their customer when they know their products are not long lasting they must atleast value customers.

I am totally in a state of anger and I m not at all happy with Micromax. Through this medium I want to convey the message to other people " WHAT MICROMAX is all about" I don't know how celebrities get linked with such a third class Brand....

Whenever I am calling customer care of Micromax no body is receiving the call and no replies for my mail..I am going to suit Micromax In a day or two if I don't get my Handset Back as I am comletely disturbed mentally on Micromax.
