I am a loyal customer fo samsung for long time and my every household
item is from samsung.Jav2010 I purchased a smasung SCH-M569 mobile from Tata Indicom.After some days , I got the display issues and display was blank. I aproached to customer care center (Hyderabad-amerpet samsung service center.They said that they would require some time to replace one part.It has been almost one month and after several round , they say its a motherboard issue and asking some heavy amount to replace the motherboard.I am totally surprised that why it should be charged under warranty period . My case no is 8407024994 and work order no is -WA36561019312.
This is a most sad experience with samsung in my lifetime and it is definitely creating a very wrong notion of your brand.
Would you belive the samsung warranty anymore??
