Hi, I m sandeep kumar posted in firozpur,punjab.my brother had sent me a mobile phone(google nexus 5 worth rs 28999) via dtdc courier from secundarabad on 23sep14.i recieved it on 30 sep14 in firozpur.when I opened the packing, I found out that only charger was there and phone was missing.i immediately contacted dtdc firozpur representative(name rinku contact no.9888670722) and filed a complaint there explaining him everything.i also lodged an fir of the same next morning in nearest fierozpur police station(copy of fir attached).the tracking no. of courier was h34126787.i would request the authority that my mobile should be tracked and returned to me.
