I had been referred by my friend to Mouthshut.I participated in the Write Share and Win contest which is a very innovative contest by Mouthshut.I have 1235 MS Points in my Mouthshut Account.When I enter the bank account details and try to redeem,it shows that "This contact number is already registered with MouthShut."

When I have never given Mouthshut my account details.I have sent my mails to Mouthshut.But so far I did not get any replies from them.

Please check what is the problem with my account and transfer my prize money.
