MTDC resort at Aurangabad is leased out to third party-Shri Vishal Srwan Ingale. For other resort leased details see MTDC site>MTDC connect>properties list. Inspite of mentioning that I will be leaving 12 hours before the checkout time I had to pay 500/- extra just for two hours early arrival while they alloted second room half an hour late. I have never seen such kind of shame less thing in other hotels. Resrort furniture, door handle, switch board are all broken almost non functional geyser.Big nails projecting out of wall at unsafe locations. Rooms, toilets, corridoors are having insufficient intensity CFL 8W & 5W. MTDC resturent at Ellora is also probably leased out to same fellow. Horrible food quality with abnormal pricing, taking full advantage of non availability of other resturents in nearby location. They have one thing in mind lootlo upna muthi me! I strongly recomend to avoid MTDC at Aurangabad. I am preparing a full review of my Ajanta-Ellora Trip to be posted soon.
