BEWARE OF SAMSUNG POLICY I BOUGHT SPLIT AC FROM S S SHAH OF ADYAR ON APRIL 2nd 2014 and it wS installed on 4th April . The AC WORKED ONLY FOR 2hrs and then it stopped cooling, I asked for replacement and the same is pending with their Great customer care for more than 25days.


They the as per Samsung policy no replacements for the he AC which hardly worked for a day,am made to run from dealer to customer care. The whole samsung organization has no face to sole customer real issue .


I asked customer care what will happen the AC GAS LEAKS AGIAIN THERE WAS NO ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER CARE


BEWARE OF SAMSUNG THE GROUP IS NOT GREAT THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON THEIR PRODUCTS
