Stricter penalty for Harbhajan & Shreesanth

HARBHAJAN’S reported slapping of Sreesanth on-field is a very serious offence. Manhandling in any form warrants punishment. Harbhajan is as badly hot tempered as Sreesanth is. The game definitely needs to be played with passion but not with the display of rude and ugly behaviour.

It was not an act at the heat of the moment but unnecessary hot exchanges seemed to build up between the two during the match itself. Ban of just five one dayers for Harbhajan is not sufficient. He should be banned from playing any form of cricket at least for the next six months including the rest of IPL matches for his act of the highest indiscipline.

Both of them have an ugly reputation of being rude on-field with gestures of shame and disgust. This was the reason for tussle between Harbhjan & Symonds ; Hayden in last trip to Ausralia & our media & Mr.Sharad Pawar sided with Harbhajan for reasons best known to them...!!

Sreesanth also should be jolted down with some fine for his ugly and irritating gestures without reason. He must have definitely provoked Harbhajan. These youngsters should be taught the hard way if decency cannot groom them. Slapping a co-cricketer is the peak of an offence to warrant the severest of punishment. What else is left — killing on the field?
