Dear Sir We have purchased a brand new model Genius for 21000/- odd. we brows internet before buying and found that many customers are complaining that ants enter into the machine. we have shown these negative remarks to the sales officer and they convinced that this problem was with older model and not with genius. Just after 3 months we are facing the same problem. On contacting customer care no response for 3 days and third day a guy comes and suggests that we need to put adhesive tape on all the joints. we refused to accept the same. on servicing we were intimated that there is no service engineer as the model is very new. the issue was intimated to their regional manager Mr. Chako (9361877702) which in turn advised us to connect to one Mr. Meenakshi Sunderam (9361877744). mr. sundaram on contacting said that I am sorry give me 10 min and I will call u back. he never called back and from monday onwards all the attempt to get connected with them is of no use. I need solution or refund. Deepak
