I am Deceived owner of Voltas 1.5 tons Window AC which I purchased in June 2012. Used it 3 months last summer (June,July,Aug) and 2 months this summer (May, June) and its Not working.

Fan motor is gone. its 23.21 and I am hooked on to internet just to pass time as its too hot out here and cant sleep, thanks to Voltas who charged me 24k and put me in this miserable condition.

To fix this problem, they are asking for 4200 rupees of which I have paid 2000 rs as advance. they will fix in 3 days time, thats what they said but I am nervous about it.

previously in my native home I have 2 LG AC. one is 12 years old and another is 5 years old, and they are running fine, no problem till date.

i wanted to buy desi product..be indian and buy indian, but this appears to be my biggest mistake. AC running for five months and is dead.

Wake up Voltas, reality check..dont spoil TATA name and harass people.

Based on my experience I recomment people to rethink on believing south indian murthy selling AC and fooling us where as others simply deliver quality and let their AC speak for itself by providing relief from heat.
